WE TRAVELED from Manila to Iloilo, then to Baguio to meet 1,000 other youth leaders from Luzon and Visayas. It was the 3rd Student Leaders Congress, a leadership-training program for student leaders organized by the National Association of Secondary Schools of the Philippines (NASSPhil).
